I believe all women deserve to feel supported and cared for during their pregnancy and birth experience. Evidence supports the benefits this kind of consistent loving care can bring to women and babies in birth.
I support women in their birth choices by offering unbiased evidence and information around birth choices, knowledge and guidance around birth biomechanics, and a kind, loving and supportive presence to hold you on your birth journey.

BIRTH PACKAGE ESSENTIAL
I will work with you (and any potential partner/family) to support you in preparing for birth, working though your birth wishes and any worries or concerns. I will be with you throughout your birth, offering emotional and practical support. I will also visit you once your baby has arrived, so that we can reflect together on your birth experience and so I can offer any immediate support postnatally.

2-3 face-to-face meetings during pregnancy, to prepare for birth

Attendance and support at birth

24/7 on call availability for 2wks before and 2wks after due date

1-2 post-natal visits

BIRTH PACKAGE EXTRA
This Birth Package is very similar to the one above, but with a few extras. I'll still work with you during your pregnancy to plan for your birth, I'll still show up to support you (and your family) during your birth experience, and I'll come and visit you postnatally to see how you're all doing. I'll do all this, with a bit of extra time added in during your pregnancy for us to go deeper into any birth prep and getting to know each other. I've also added a beautiful postnatal ceremony that is lovely for closing our time together and your birth journey.

BIRTH POWER HOUR
Don't want to hire a doula for the whole shabang, but you do want to get some unbiased support or guidance so you can feel awesome and ready for your birth?
