The inner strength, power and rhythms that we hold in our body's as women is something that yoga can help us to tune in to and work with on a deeper level. I really believe that when we take time to connect with our bodies, our hearts and our feminine energy, we can be the truest and best versions of ourselves.
Feminine Flow Yoga
Thursday, 6pm-7.15pm
The Hall, St Peter's Church, Offham (near Lewes)
A Hatha based yoga class that is flowing, dynamic and restorative, moving to connect with our feminine energy to music. Including pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga asana (movement) and meditation, along with a mini circle to connect with the women in the group.
Please bring your own mat.

Private yoga sessions, usually hosted online allowing for the comfort and convenience of practicing from your own home. One-to-one yoga sessions are tailored to your personal needs, whether it's around a particular physical challenge, emotional desire or simply being able to schedule a session when suits your diary. I offer private yoga sessions in several types of yoga; Pregnancy; Postnatal; Fertility; Hatha; Hatha Flow and Restorative.
